Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our moving and packing services.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Agarwal Movers and Packers Chhote Bhaiya's packing, moving, and logistics services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the booking.
Scope of Services
We Do Not Undertake Electrical, Carpentry & Plumber Job. Our services are strictly limited to packing, moving, transportation, and related logistics services. Any additional services required beyond our scope must be arranged separately by the customer.
Pricing & Market Rates
The Vehicle Transportation Charges As Given Above Are Based On The Present Prevailing Market Rate. Rates are subject to change based on fuel prices, toll charges, and market conditions at the time of service.
Liability & Exemptions
We Or Our Agent Shall Be Exempted From Any Kind Of Loss Or Damage Done Due To Accident, Pilferage, Fire, Rain, Collision Or Any Other Road/River Hazard Or Any Natural Calamity. So To Avoid Loss Or Damage We Advise You To Insure Your Consignment Covering All Risk.
Insurance Requirement
Please Be Noted While Carrier Risk. An Individual Policy / Receipt From The Insurance Company Will Be Given. We strongly recommend all customers to opt for comprehensive transit insurance to protect their valuable belongings during the move.
Payment Terms
We Request You To Pay 80% As Advance On Total Amount Along With Your Purchase Order And The Balance Amount On Completion Of Loading. The Insurance Premium Will Be Paid At Loading Point Only, Before Departure Of Your Household Consignment.
Packing Materials
The Above Rates Quoted By Keeping In View Of Our Basic Standard Packing Materials Used In Packing Of Your Valued Household Articles. Premium packing materials or specialized packing requirements may incur additional charges.
Storage Facility
If Required We Also Provide Storage Facility To Our Customers At A Very Nominal Charge. Storage services are available for short-term and long-term durations based on customer requirements.
Advance Notice
We Would Be Thankful If You Could Give Us Prior Intimation Of 4-5 Days In Advance To Start The Packing Of Your Valued Articles. This allows us to allocate the best resources and plan your move efficiently.
Vehicle Fuel Requirement
Car Should Have At Least 10 Liters Of Petrol. This ensures smooth loading and unloading operations without fuel-related delays during transportation.
Additional Charges
Extra Payment Will Be Charged For Wooden Packing On Moving Date. Wooden crates and specialized packing for fragile or high-value items are available at additional cost.
Valuables & Cash
We Are Not Responsible For Gold & Cash. Please Keep It In Your Custody Lock. Customers are advised to personally transport all jewelry, cash, and high-value documents.
Late Payment Interest
Interest Will Be Charged @24% Per Annum If The Payment Is Not Made Within 15 Days. We encourage timely payment to avoid additional charges and maintain smooth business relations.
Payment Mode
Payment Will Be In The Favour Of Packers Bilti By Cash/Cheque. All payments must be made in the specified name only. Digital payment options are also available upon request.
