Refund Policy

Booking Deposit: If you cancel your move after making a booking deposit, the deposit may be non-refundable. The specific Refund Policy regarding booking deposits will be communicated during the booking process.

Advance Payments:Any advance payments made for our services may be subject to refund policies outlined in the service agreement. Refund eligibility is contingent upon the terms agreed upon during the booking.

Change in Service Requirements:

Downsizing Services : If, during the move, you decide to downsize the agreed-upon services, a refund for the difference in cost may be applicable, provided notification is given in advance.

Additional Services: • If additional services are required beyond the initially agreed-upon scope, any additional costs incurred will not be eligible for a refund.

Short Notice Cancellation:

If you cancel your move on short notice, cancellation fees may apply. The specific fees will be outlined in the service agreement.

Insurance Refunds:

Claim Approval :• If an insurance claim is approved for damaged or lost items during the move, reimbursement will be provided according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
